How you can use RK TECHNOLOGY services responsibly

Lawful Use

You agree to use services only for legal business communication and to comply with telecom, privacy, anti-spam, and platform policies in your operating regions.

Account Security

You are responsible for credentials, API keys, and user access controls. Notify us immediately if unauthorized access or suspicious activity is detected.

Prohibited Activity

No phishing, fraud, abusive traffic, malware distribution, unauthorized scraping, or content that violates third-party rights or applicable regulations.

Billing terms

What you pay, when you pay, and how renewals work

Fees & Invoices

All fees are listed in your agreement, order form, or dashboard. Invoices are issued on the billing cycle selected. Taxes, duties, and regulatory charges are additional unless stated otherwise.

Payment & Suspension

Payments are due within the invoice period. Overdue balances may result in service restrictions or suspension after notice. Reactivation may require full settlement of pending dues.

Liability & legal

Balanced protections for both your team and ours

  • Service Availability: We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation in all circumstances, including third-party outages.
  • Limitation of Liability: RK TECHNOLOGY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond limits defined in your governing agreement.
  • Indemnification: Each party agrees to defend and indemnify the other for claims resulting from its own unlawful conduct, misuse, or breach of obligations.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate under contract terms. Data retention and export windows follow the active plan and legal requirements.

Can terms change over time?

Yes. We may update terms for legal, technical, or service changes. Material updates are notified in advance where required.

Do you provide refunds?

Refunds, if any, follow your signed commercial agreement and the service category involved.

Who owns campaign and customer data?

You retain ownership of your business data. We process data to deliver contracted services under applicable privacy laws.

What happens after account suspension?

Access may be restored after compliance checks and payment resolution, subject to risk and policy review.
